Amber is a Certified Primary Yoga instructor in Hatha yoga. She has been practicing various forms of yoga for over 10 years. In addition to strength and flexibility, Amber's classes focus on breath work, body awareness/regulation and the sacred union of the body and spirit.

Melissa is a wife and mother. Her daughter has been taking dance since she was three and they love Ms. Stephanie! She's an amazing teacher and person. Melissa is a construction worker by day but loves to help the kiddos at dance class when needed.

R.I.S.E FITNESS CLASS OFFERINGS

Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy fitness class that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance moves. Designed for all fitness levels, Zumba blends cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility into a fun, dance-party atmosphere. Each class feels more like a celebration than a workout, making it a popular choice for those who want to burn calories and boost their mood while having fun.

  • Mondays 9:00am-10:45am - 5:15pm-6:00pm
  • Wednesdays 9:00am-10:45am - 5:15pm-6:00pm
  • Fridays 6:15pm-7:00pm

Kettlebell

Kettlebell is a dynamic strength and conditioning class that uses kettlebells to build muscle, burn fat, and improve endurance. This full-body workout focuses on functional movements like swings, squats, presses, and lifts to target multiple muscle groups at once. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, each class is designed to challenge your strength, coordination, and stamina in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Mondays 4:15pm-5:00pm
  • Tuesdays 7:30pm-8:15pm 
  • Thursdays 7:30pm-8:15pm 
  • Fridays 7:15pm-8:00pm

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Kickboxing a high-intensity workout that combines elements of martial arts and cardiovascular exercise. It involves performing punches, kicks, and other movements in a choreographed sequence to improve fitness and overall health. 

  • Fridays 5:15pm-6:00pm

Yoga

  • Mondays 7:00pm-7:45pm
  • Wednesdays 7:00pm-7:45pm

Strong Nation

Burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Every squat, lunge, burpee, jumping jack and kickboxing move is perfectly synced to music. You can expect to get a full body and fast paced efficient workout. 


CIRCL

Improve flexibility, breath work and overall mobility. CIRCL blends movements from yoga and pilates. Suitable for all levels.
