Amber is a Certified Primary Yoga instructor in Hatha yoga. She has been practicing various forms of yoga for over 10 years. In addition to strength and flexibility, Amber's classes focus on breath work, body awareness/regulation and the sacred union of the body and spirit.

Melissa is a wife and mother. Her daughter has been taking dance since she was three and they love Ms. Stephanie! She's an amazing teacher and person. Melissa is a construction worker by day but loves to help the kiddos at dance class when needed.

Dance Fitness (Zumba)

A dynamic and exhilarating fitness program that combines Latin-inspired dance moves with high-energy music, creating a fun and effective workout experience. You will engage in a variety of dance styles that are all choreographed to upbeat rhythms. Zumba offers a full-body workout with infectious energy and easy to follow steps. It is more than exercise; it is a party where people of all ages and fitness levels can come together to dance, sweat, and have a blast!

  • Mondays 5:45pm-6:30pm (instructor: Kristin)
  • Tuesdays 7:15pm-8:00pm (instructor: Melissa)
  • Wednesdays 4:00pm-4:45pm (instructor: Kristin)
  • Thursdays 6:30pm-7:15pm (instructor: Melissa)

STRONG Nation combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music; helping you make it to that last rep. You will burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs, and glutes.

CIRCL Mobility

Based on the science of functional movement, CIRCL Mobility focuses on flexibility, breath work, and mobility exercises to help you with improved movement. Sessions are set to a soundtrack of healing tones and sound frequencies to help your mind focus and release stress.
