Ever wanted to try belly dance? Now’s your chance! Join us for a 1-hour Egyptian-style Belly Dance Sampler on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Rhythm In Self Expression. In this fun and beginner-friendly workshop, you will: Get a taste of elegant Egyptian-style belly dance Learn core movements to build confidence and grace Put it all together in a fun combo to show off to family and friends Sign up early and save!

Kids Yoga Class Join us for a fun and interactive Kids Yoga Class where little yogis will: -Learn About Yoga & Beginner Poses -Create Their Own Yoga Book – a take-home keepsake to keep practicing! -Make New Friends in a relaxed and playful environment -

Work on Body Awareness and explore new muscle groups to stay healthy -Practice Breathing Exercises to help regulate stress and anxiety We provide yoga mats, but kids are welcome to bring a blanket or towel for extra comfort. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!

The perfect Valentine's Day starts with the right moves! Join us for beginner salsa dancing. Our guest instructor Carlos is not only a staple at Club Viva and a good friend of our owner/director, Stephanie, but he is a powerhouse of energy and knowledge. Add some spice to your night and bring your honey to RISE on Valentine's Day!

Bring your family and explore the beautiful art of belly dance with a fun twist! Learn the basics of Egyptian and Arabic folk dance to some classic Disney music from Aladdin. 

This class is perfect for both kids and adults who want to experience the magic of dance together! You will get a taste of Sa'idi & Debke folk dance! Students will learn how to dance with props including: veils, assaya (cane), shamandan (candelabra), & Sagat (finger cymbals)

Our neighbors at Crispy Edges will be whipping up some Aladdin themed shakes for this event. Available for purchase.

Get ready for a lively evening of swing dancing! Whether you’re experienced or brand new, this event is all about having fun and learning together. In this beginner-friendly class, we’ll cover form, basic steps, and maybe even a spin or two! No partner? No problem! Swing dance is a great way to meet new people, so feel free to come solo.
