Free To Be Me (All Ages) Sensory-Friendly Movement Class “Free To Be Me” This sensory-friendly movement class is designed specifically for children with ASD, sensory processing disorders, and other sensory-related needs. The environment will feature low lighting, soft music, frequent breaks, and movement activities that are accessible for all abilities. The class is led by one of our experienced instructors who is a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 15 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Students are welcome to bring a parent or 1:1 assistant/aide to support them during class.
Dance With Me (1.5-2.5y) Designed to be a joyful experience that fosters physical development, creativity, and a love for dance in a nurturing environment. This class also offers a special time for parents and children to bond through shared activity. Dance With Me! is a combo class with 15 minutes of ballet and 15 minutes of tap.
Tumble Tots (1.5-2.5y) Learn class structure and basic movement skills. Practice counting and naming colors. Develop speech milestones by socializing with new friends.
Kids Yoga(3-4y) Join us for a fun and emotion-filled Kids Yoga Class! Through movement, breathing, and mindfulness, young yogis will explore their emotions while stretching, balancing, and having a blast. This class is all about self-expression, relaxation, and learning how to manage big feelings in a fun and active way, while making New Friends in a relaxed and playful environment. We will also be doing a fun craft! Work on Body Awareness and explore new muscle groups to stay healthy -Practice Breathing Exercises to help regulate stress and anxiety We provide yoga mats, but kids are welcome to bring a blanket or towel for extra comfort. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated! Please bring a small blanket, water bottle & a journal!
Fairy Butterfly Garden Ballet (3-4y) Step into a magical Fairy Butterfly Garden in this enchanting ballet class for ages 3–4! Tiny dancers will flutter, twirl, and leap as they explore the basics of ballet through imaginative movement and playful music. As they pretend to be graceful butterflies and garden fairies, students will learn beginning ballet skills like balance, coordination, and simple positions while building confidence and creativity in a fun, nurturing environment. It’s the perfect first introduction to the beautiful world of ballet! Students will learn the fundamentals of ballet. No experience needed. Easiest level. Provides ample time to prepare for the next note. For ages 3-4 or instructor approval.
Zootopia Tap (3-4y)- Get ready to stomp, shuffle, and groove in our Zootopia-inspired Tap Class for ages 3–4! Little dancers will step into a lively animal city where they can tap like quick bunnies, march like strong buffalo, and move with the rhythm of all their favorite animal friends. Through playful music, imagination, and beginner tap steps, dancers will build coordination, listening skills, and confidence while having tons of fun exploring movement. It’s an energetic introduction to tap that keeps little feet moving and imaginations running wild! Students will learn the fundamentals of tap. No experience needed. Easiest level. Provides ample time to prepare for the next note. For ages 3-4 or instructor approval.
Jazzy Tumble (3-4y)- Participants will learn fundamental movements such as forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. Students will also learn basic jazz steps such as grapevine and jazz square. The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Ideal for those new to tumbling, this class provides a solid foundation for more advanced gymnastics skills. No prerequisites. For ages 3-4 or Instructor approval.
Quarter Note Hip Hop (3-4y)- Students will learn the fundamental techniques and concepts of hip hop. Students will focus on showmanship and artistic expression. No experience needed. Easiest level. Provides ample time to prepare for the next note. For ages 3-4 or instructor approval.
Christmas In July Ballet (5-7y)- Celebrate the magic of the holidays early in our Christmas in July Ballet Class for ages 5–7! Dancers will twirl, leap, and glide through ballet basics while enjoying festive music and imaginative winter-inspired movement. From pretending to dance like sugar plum fairies to floating like snowflakes, students will build balance, grace, and coordination in a fun and cheerful environment. It’s the perfect mix of ballet technique and holiday magic—right in the middle of summer! Students will develop the fundamentals of ballet. Moderately easy. Requires dividing each beat in half. For second and third year students ages 5-7 or instructor approval.
Under The Sea Tap (5-7y)- Dive into a splash of rhythm in our Under the Sea Tap Class for ages 5–7! Dancers will explore the magical world beneath the waves as they learn fun tap steps, playful combinations, and musical timing. This class focuses on building coordination, confidence, and rhythm while keeping things upbeat, creative, and full of ocean-inspired fun! Students will develop the fundamentals of tap. Moderately easy. Requires dividing each beat in half. For second and third year students ages 5-7 or instructor approval.
Beginning Tumbling (5-12y)- This class introduces students to the basics of gymnastics floor skills. Participants will learn fundamental movements such as forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and bridges. The class focuses on building strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment. Ideal for those new to tumbling, this class provides a solid foundation for more advanced gymnastics skills. No prerequisites. For ages 5-12 or Instructor approval.
8th Note Hip Hop (5-7y)- Students will learn the fundamentals of hip hop and street dance. This class incorporates a mix of hip hop styles such as popping and locking, funk, robotics and krumping. No prerequisites.
Hip Hop Flip Flop (5-7y)- Get ready to move, groove, and flip! Hip Hop Flip Flop is an energetic class that combines hip hop dance, tumbling skills, and exciting b-boy style tricks. Dancers will learn fun hip hop choreography while building strength, coordination, and confidence through tumbling basics like rolls, handstands, and beginner acrobatic movements. The class also introduces cool breakdance-inspired tricks and floor work that bring extra style and flair to every routine. Perfect for dancers who love to dance big, move fast, and try awesome new tricks!
Kids Zumba Jr (5-7y)- Kids Zumba Jr with upbeat music and a fun environment. Parents are welcome to register for this class as well.
90s Pop Pom (5-17y)- Get ready to bring the energy in our 90s Pop Pom Class for ages 5–12! Dancers will learn fun jazz and pop-style moves while using poms to add excitement, style, and sharp performance skills. Set to upbeat 90s pop hits, this class focuses on strong arm motions, coordination, rhythm, and confidence. Dancers will work on simple combinations that blend jazz technique with pom routines
16th Notes Hip Hop (7-12y)- Students will learn and expand on the fundamentals of Hip Hop and Street dance, focusing on musicality and blending concepts. This class incorporates a mix of hip hop styles such as popping and locking, funk, robotics and krumping. No prerequisites.
Jumps Leaps Turns (8-12y)- Using classical ballet and jazz technique, dancers will focus on: jumps such as toe touch, leaps such as grand jete, and turns such as pirouette.
Intermediate Tumbling (8-17y)- Must have cartwheel & Round off
For ages 8-17 or Instructor approval. Designed for students who have mastered basic tumbling skills and are ready to advance to more challenging techniques. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through more complex movements such as back walkovers, front handsprings, and advanced variations of rolls and handstands. Students will work on perfecting their form and technique while building confidence in executing more difficult skills.
16/32 Notes Jazz (8-17y)- A jazz dance class designed for individuals with little to no dance experience. The class covers fundamental techniques, including isolations, basic turns, jumps, and jazz walks. Students will also learn simple choreography set to upbeat, contemporary music, allowing them to develop rhythm, coordination, and expressive movement. Emphasis is placed on building a strong foundation, improving flexibility, and having fun in a supportive and energetic environment.
16/32 Modern (8-17y)- This class blends modern, contemporary, and lyrical dance to help dancers explore movement in a creative and expressive way. Dancers will develop strength, flexibility, and control through exercises based in Horton Modern technique while also learning how to move with fluidity and emotion. Students will build improvisation skills, encouraging them to explore their own style and artistic voice. Throughout the class, dancers will also collaborate and experiment with creating choreography, gaining confidence in movement creation and storytelling through dance. This class is perfect for dancers who want to grow technically while also expressing themselves through movement.
Improv (8-17y)- This class encourages dancers to explore movement in a fun, creative, and supportive environment. Through guided activities and prompts, dancers will learn how to think on their feet, trust their instincts, and express themselves through spontaneous movement. Dancers will focus on improving for hip hop, tap, contemporary, modern and partnering. Students will develop musicality, creativity, and confidence while experimenting with different movement qualities, levels, and dynamics. The class will also include exercises that help dancers learn how to tell stories through movement, respond to music, and collaborate with other dancers. Improvisation helps dancers become more comfortable in their bodies, strengthens performance skills, and inspires creativity that can be used in all styles of dance.
Belly Dancing (8-17y)- Yalla! Students will dive into the music and culture of Egypt as they learn the torso-centric movements of Egyptian social dance we know as “belly dance”! We will learn how to adapt these movements for the stage and have fun moving our bodies in new ways. Students may bring a simple hip scarf - NO coins please. Students may choose to go barefoot.
16/32 Notes Tap (8-17y)- Beginner/Intermediate level tap dance class perfect for those new to tap dancing who want to learn the basics in a fun and supportive environment. The class focuses on fundamental tap steps, rhythms, and techniques, including shuffles, flaps, and basic time steps. Students will practice these movements while learning to create clear, precise sounds with their feet. The class also introduces challenging tap combinations and routines, helping students develop musicality, coordination, and timing. With an emphasis on enjoyment and foundational skills, this class aims to build confidence and foster a love for tap dance. Intermediate dancers ages 8-17 welcome. At least three to four years of dance experience is preferred.
16/32 Notes Acro/Modern (8-17y)- 3 YEAR DANCE & TUMBLING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Acro blends classical dance technique with acrobatic elements to build strength, flexibility, balance and control. We will be incorporating tricks and floorwork. Dancers will learn skills such as rolls, handstands, walkovers and more, progressing safely based on individual ability. Dancer must have cartwheel mastered. This class emphasizes proper form and technique while helping dancers gain confidence and coordination in both tumbling and dance transitions.
Belly Dancing (8-17y)- Yalla! Students will dive into the music and culture of Egypt as they learn the torso-centric movements of Egyptian social dance we know as “belly dance”! We will learn how to adapt these movements for the stage and have fun moving our bodies in new ways. Students may bring a simple hip scarf - NO coins please. Students may choose to go barefoot.
Musical Theater (8-17y)- Step into the spotlight in our Musical Theater class! This energetic class blends dance, lip-syncing, and acting to help dancers bring characters and stories to life. Dancers will learn how to combine movement with facial expressions and stage presence while performing to songs from popular musicals. The class focuses on building confidence, expressiveness, and performance skills while learning choreography that helps tell a story on stage. Perfect for dancers who love to act, perform, and shine in the spotlight!
Advanced Tumbling (13-17y)- Must have Back Walkover & Front Limber OR Front Walkover For ages 8-17 or Instructor approval. Designed for students who have mastered basic tumbling skills and are ready to advance to more challenging techniques. This class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and coordination through more complex movements such as back walkovers, front handsprings, and advanced variations of rolls and handstands. Students will work on perfecting their form and technique while building confidence in executing more difficult skills.
32nd Notes Hip Hop (13-17y)- Students will learn and dive deeper into more advanced concepts, generalizing technique and freestyle of Hip Hop and Street dance, focusing on musicality and blending concepts. This class incorporates a mix of hip hop styles such as popping and locking, funk, robotics and krumping. Most difficult, requires very fast and highly precise execution. Intermediate dancers ages 13-17 or instructor approval. At least 2 years of dance experience is preferred.
Adult Belly Dance (16y+)- Yalla! Students will dive into the music and culture of Egypt as they learn the torso-centric movements of Egyptian social dance we know as “belly dance”! We will learn how to adapt these movements for the stage and have fun moving our bodies in new ways. Students may bring a simple hip scarf - NO coins please. Students may choose to go barefoot.

Adult Int/Adv Tap (16y+)- Whether you tap danced as a kid or not, join us! Tap is one of the few dance forms that’s meant to be heard – producing rhythm and sound with your feet is just plain fun! It improves coordination and balance as well as exercising your mind by memorizing steps and patterns.
Adult Barre (16y+)- We will avoid strenuous grande plies and jetes in favor of smaller movements done slowly. Slow movements cause our core to constantly adjust, using strength, balance and coordination to challenge our bodies and brains. Think of this class as an opportunity to put your multi-tasking skills to the test – arms, legs, body and music all moving together to produce a beautiful form of self-expression all while using the ballet barre. It is strongly encouraged that dancers enroll in both Barre and Technique classes together for the greatest improvement and progress.
Adult Tech (16y+)- The class focuses on teaching fundamental ballet techniques, including basic positions, and simple center combinations. It is strongly encouraged that dancers enroll in both Barre and Technique classes together for the greatest improvement and progress.
Adult Beg Tap (16y+)-
Whether you tap danced as a kid or not, join us! Tap is one of the few dance forms that’s meant to be heard – producing rhythm and sound with your feet is just plain fun! It improves coordination and balance as well as exercising your mind by memorizing steps and patterns.
Beginner Guitar (All Ages)- Our Beginner Guitar class is perfect for students who are new to playing guitar and want to learn the basics in a fun and encouraging environment. Students will learn foundational skills including proper hand placement, basic chords, and simple techniques to help them begin playing songs. This class focuses on building confidence while developing the core skills needed to continue growing as a guitarist. Students must bring their own acoustic guitar to class.
